Its members are assigned among Association Members and announced by Executive Board. The Executive Board may elect Association members working for different Association organs as a committee member as needed. Committee’s term of duty is two years. Committee members may be assigned under the same guidelines by the Executive Board, once the term of duty is expired.Standards Committee is the Association’s organ in charge of maintaining fair and honest operation Association Members to ensure a highly qualified performance in appraisal profession, establishing and updating appraisal standards and rules of ethical professional conduct to be observed by Association Members in their business activities and relations, in due diligence and discipline as required in valuation activities.
Committee Members are assigned among Association Members with professional experience of at least 3 years on the fields of real estate appraisal, capital markets, finance, banking, land registry and cadaster, law, urban planning, engineering, general management, economy, management, administration and financing and accounting and announced by the Executive Board. Committee’s term of duty is two years.
